The membership of a banking system depends on the interest provided for account , charges transactions and services account. Now-a- days, many banks provide competitive which give customers options to choose from. This might lead customer dissatisfaction result in deactivation also known as churn. Churn is 'when client cancels company they have been using. In this project we will try predict churn from previous databases systems study it using data visualization. current are getting more attracted towards quality service (QoS) by company. As result, engagement has become one main problems most banks. project, used voting approach SVM Random Forest find successful accurate way churning or retention.
